Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

Orders may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery for refund, store credit or exchange.
When returning items please include proof of purchase.
Returns will be processed within 10 days.

Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from your refund, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you.

The following items do not qualify for returns: open/used items.
We are dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of all our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return them to our warehouse and any refunds or credits due shall be provided in accordance with our Return Policy. After we have processed your return, refunds will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days. All refunds are processed via e-mail or by phone.
